Located in the heart of Spalding, we offer a range of facilities for our members and pay as you go customers, including gym, designated spin studio -including Les Mills Virtual Spin option, 25m swimming pool with a diving pit, 20m teaching pool, sports hall & sauna. Our Group Exercise Programme also offers in excess of 58 classes weekly.
