Im a qualified fitness instructor with 30 years experience in the industry. I teach community Fitness classes around the Spalding area. My classes are fun & friendly with lots of social interaction. Ladies of all ages are welcome to join. My classes Include Pilates, Legs, Bums & Tums, Step & Tone, Nifties Older Adult, Glo Fit, Circuits, weights & Online Fitness.
